Since July 1, 2004, the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG) has served as the legal framework governing fee calculations for attorneys in Germany. This tool provides a practical means to determine the fee based on the case value (dispute amount), the factor corresponding to the performed activity, and optionally, court costs. What previously required manual reference to detailed tables can now be conveniently calculated in accordance with § 13 RVG through this application—a resource designed for use on iPhone or iPad, ensuring mobility and ease of access.

• Includes fee number 7002 for flat-rate charges related to postal and telecommunication services — typically accounting for 20% of the fee with a maximum of €20; this can be calculated twice if desired.
• Allows users to add custom values for lawyer fees and court costs or hide unnecessary entries for streamlined calculation.
